Today is the day I took my NCLEX exam.
It was kinda cool checking in... you have to leave all your belongings in a locker, take off all jewelry and ect.. They also take your finger prints, palm prints along with a picture. When you get to the room where they test, they check your palm again search pockets and then walk you to your seat. Cameras are on you the whole time. Once you are complete they come and escort you out and take your palm print again.
I will tell you the whole story on Saturday when I find out officially if I have passed. I will let you know that it took 2 hours and it stopped at the minimum of 85 questions. Which is a good sign... along with the check all that apply questions I had...meaning more than one answer is correct... these are considered the harder questions...
There is a trick that you can go to the Pearson Vue site (testing center) and try to register for the test again... if it does not let you then you passed... if it does then you failed. I did it and it would not let me register. So, I think, well let me be positive and say I know I passed!
